Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter – Terms) set out the procedure for using the online store, as well as the terms for purchasing, delivery, payment, returns, and processing of personal data.

A person who places an order in the online store, hereinafter in the text – Buyer.

By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with these Terms and agrees to them.

A distance contract between the Seller and the Buyer is deemed concluded at the moment when the Buyer has placed an order and received an order confirmation by e-mail.

2. Product information

Products offered in the online store are displayed with descriptions and illustrative images.

Product images are for informational purposes, and the actual product may differ slightly from the color or details shown in the image.

The Seller makes every effort to ensure the information provided is accurate; however, technical errors or incomplete information may occur.

If the ordered product is not available, the Seller informs the Buyer and offers:

  • an equivalent product,

  • another solution,

  • or a full refund.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices in the online store are indicated in euros (EUR).

If the Seller is registered as a value added tax payer, prices include VAT in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.

Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are indicated during the ordering process.

The Seller has the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Placing an order

To place an order, the Buyer must select the desired product and add it to the shopping cart.

When placing an order, the Buyer must provide:

  • first and last name

  • delivery address

  • e-mail address

  • phone number.

After placing an order, the Buyer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.

5. Payment procedure

The following payment methods are available in the online store:

  • bank card

  • internet bank payment

  • other payment service providers.

Order processing begins after payment is received.

An invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.

6. Delivery

The online store delivers products in Latvia and other European Union countries.

Product delivery is provided via courier or parcel lockers, using logistics service providers.

Standard delivery time:

In Latvia: 2–7 business days
In European Union countries: 3–14 business days

Delivery costs are calculated during the ordering process, taking into account the delivery address and the selected delivery method.

The delivery time may be extended due to the operations of logistics service providers, seasonal workload, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer rights regulations, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchased product within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period starts from the day the Buyer has received the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact the Seller:

After sending the withdrawal notice, the Buyer must send the product back to the Seller within 14 days.

8. Refund

A refund for the returned product is made within 14 days after receiving the product.

The refund is made using the same payment method that was used to make the purchase.

9. Cases when the right of withdrawal cannot be used

The right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

  • if the product is made to an individual order

  • if the product deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life

  • if the packaging has been opened for products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons

  • if the packaging of an audiovisual recording or software has been opened.

10. Processing of personal data

The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data only to the extent necessary for order processing and ensuring the operation of the online store.

Personal data may be used for:

  • order processing

  • organizing delivery

  • payment processing

  • communication with the customer.

Personal data may be transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary for fulfilling the order, for example, to delivery and payment service providers.

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

If the Buyer believes that their personal data is being processed in violation of regulatory enactments, they have the right to submit a complaint to the Data State Inspectorate.

11. Dispute resolution

Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are first resolved through mutual negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the Buyer may обратиться to:

In addition, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (ADR) are also available to consumers in the European Union, which help resolve disputes between consumers and traders without court proceedings.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are first resolved through mutual negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it is examined in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

If the Buyer is a consumer from another European Union Member State, they retain the right to also use the consumer protection regulations of their country of residence, insofar as they provide for mandatory consumer protection provisions.

13. Handling of complaints

If the Buyer believes that the purchased product does not conform to the contract or has defects, the Buyer has the right to submit a complaint to the Seller.

The complaint is reviewed within 15 business days from the moment it is received.
The Seller informs the Buyer about the decision made and the possible solution.

14. Force majeure

The Seller is not liable for non-performance or delay in the performance of contractual obligations if it has arisen due to force majeure circumstances, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, decisions of state authorities, communication disruptions, or other extraordinary circumstances.

In such cases, the Seller makes every effort to restore performance of obligations as soon as possible.

15. Limitation of liability

The Seller is not liable for losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of using the online store if such losses have arisen due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

The Seller is not liable for technical problems, disruptions in the operation of the website, or consequences arising from the activities of third-party service providers.

16. Changes to the Terms

The Seller has the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on the online store’s website.

The Terms and Conditions that were in force at the time the Buyer placed the order apply to the Buyer’s order.
