1. Delivery area
The HeyTruu online store provides delivery of goods within Latvia and to other European Union countries.
During checkout, the system will automatically offer available delivery methods according to the selected delivery country.
2. Delivery methods
Product delivery is provided via parcel locker or courier delivery, using logistics service providers.
Available delivery methods are shown during checkout.
3. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
During order processing, the product is prepared for shipment and handed over to the delivery service provider.
4. Delivery time
Estimated delivery time:
In Latvia and the Baltics: 2–5 business days
In European Union countries: 3–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery country, the workload of logistics service providers, holiday periods, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
5. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are covered by the Buyer, unless stated otherwise in the online store.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on:
- delivery country
- the selected delivery method
- order volume or weight
Total delivery costs are shown to the Buyer before order confirmation.
In certain cases, the online store may offer free delivery during special promotions.
6. Shipment tracking
After the order is shipped, the Buyer is sent a shipment tracking number, which allows tracking the delivery status.
