1. Delivery area

The HeyTruu online store delivers orders within Latvia and to other European Union countries.

During checkout, the system automatically displays the available delivery methods based on the selected delivery country.

2. Delivery methods

We use trusted logistics partners, including Omniva and DPD, depending on the delivery country and selected delivery method.

3. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

During order processing, the item is prepared for shipment and handed over to the delivery service provider.

4. Delivery time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Latvia and the Baltic States: 2–5 business days
  • European Union countries: 3–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, the workload of logistics service providers, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

5. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are paid by the Buyer unless otherwise stated in the online store.

Orders are delivered by:

  • Omniva – parcel lockers and courier delivery;
  • DPD – parcel lockers, Pickup points, and courier delivery.

The available delivery methods are shown during checkout and may vary depending on the delivery country and address.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on:

  • the delivery country;
  • the selected delivery method;
  • the order volume or weight.

Delivery prices start from:

  • Latvia – €3.50
  • Lithuania and Estonia – €6.50
  • other available European Union countries – €15.99

The total delivery cost is shown to the Buyer before the order is confirmed.

In certain cases, HeyTruu may offer free delivery, for example during special promotions or promotional offers.

6. Shipment tracking

After the order has been shipped, the Buyer will receive a shipment tracking number, which allows the delivery status to be monitored.

If any damage or non-conformity is discovered upon receiving the goods, please contact us without delay.
