1. How quickly is the order processed?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. After that, the item is handed over to the delivery service provider.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the delivery country:

  • In Latvia and the Baltics: 2–5 business days  
  • In the European Union: 3–14 business days  

Delivery time may vary depending on logistics workload or holiday periods.

3. What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on:

  • the delivery country
  • the selected delivery method
  • the order volume or weight

Sometimes we also offer free delivery during special promotions.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

5. Can I return an item?

Yes, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unused and kept in its original condition.

6. Who covers the return costs?

The return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

The refund is processed within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice or the returned item.

We try to keep inventory information up to date, but in rare cases an item may be unavailable.
